Step 1: Cut the paper like you mean it and cut it good (no misfit squares 'cause this ain't glee bitch)

 

 

Step 2: Make mini Olympic torches

 

 

Step 3: Make more Olympic torches

Step 5: And even more!! 

 

 Step 6: UNTIL YOU HAVE A WHOLE ARMY OF MINI OLYMPIC TORCHES READY TO DO YOUR BIDDING MUHAHAHAHAHA!!

 

Step 7: Bust out that flower power

 

Step 8: You are a spring fairy on crack...so keep making flowers

 



Step 9: Stick 'em into a ball
